Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and home address, so we can price, schedule and perform your clean.
- Access details you choose to give us (for example how to enter your home).
- Messages, photos or notes you send us about your home.
- Booking, payment and service history.
Booking requests on this website
When you send a booking request, we collect what you enter (name, phone, email, address, postal code, notes, your price selection and chosen time) and the time you agreed to be contacted. We store these details in encrypted form, and only our staff can open them, after a two-step sign-in. Our staff also receive a notification email with the booking details so we can respond quickly. To block spam we keep a scrambled code derived from your internet address, not the address itself. We email you about your request. Your request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it.
How we use it
To provide and schedule services, communicate with you about your visits, handle payments, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking and scheduling software and payment processing, and our team members who need it to visit your home. They may only use it for those purposes. We also share it where the law requires.
Keys and access
Your keys and alarm codes are held only by your team supervisor.
Text messages and email
We use your phone number and email to confirm and coordinate your visits. We send promotional messages only with your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
This website
This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
