Busy Home Reset: your home back to calm.
When life gets ahead of the housework, we tidy up, clean the rooms you use every day, and bring your home back to calm. No judgment, ever.
What is included
- Tidying items left out around the home (put back in a sensible place or gathered in one spot; we do not sort or organize)
- Kitchen counters, sink and stovetop
- Bathrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Making beds
- Dusting surfaces within reach
What is not included
- Dishes and laundry: washing, loading the dishwasher, folding
- Inside the microwave, oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers
- Baseboards, doors, door frames and wall spot cleaning
- Ceilings, ceiling fans, light fixtures and vents
- Window sills, windows, window tracks and blinds
- Behind and under furniture and appliances, and moving heavy furniture
- Sorting, organizing or deciding what to keep in closets, drawers, pantry and toys, and handling papers, personal or valuable items
- Heavy buildup, grout scrubbing, descaling and mold
- Garage, storage, balcony and outdoor areas
- Carpet and upholstery shampooing
- Pet waste, biohazards and homes with heavy clutter
Who it is for
Busy households, often working parents with young children, who need the home tidy and the everyday rooms clean, not detail work.
It is a one-time visit at a fixed price. Add-ons are not available with a Busy Home Reset. If you want the oven, fridge, cabinets or windows done too, choose a First Clean or a Deep Cleaning. If you like the result, you can continue with Regular Cleaning at regular prices.
If your home needs much more time than planned, our team talks with you before going further. No surprise charges. You are welcome to text us a few photos before the visit.

What is the difference between a First Clean and a Busy Home Reset?
A First Clean is a full, detailed clean that brings your whole home to a clean baseline. A Busy Home Reset is for busy households that mainly need things tidied and the everyday rooms cleaned. It skips detail work such as baseboards, behind furniture, and the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets, so it costs less. Both are one-time. After either one you can continue with Regular Cleaning.
What is not included in a Busy Home Reset?
Dishes and laundry, the inside of the microwave, oven, fridge and cabinets, baseboards, doors, walls, window sills and windows, behind and under furniture, and sorting or organizing closets and drawers. Tidying means we put items back in a sensible place or gather them in one spot. Add-ons are not available with a Busy Home Reset. If you want these covered too, choose a First Clean or a Deep Cleaning.
What if my home needs more time than expected?
You are welcome to text us a few photos before your visit. If our team finds the home needs much more time than planned, they will talk with you before going further. We never surprise you at the door.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no extra charge. This covers anything included in the service you booked. Items listed as not included are not covered, but we are happy to quote them or suggest a service that fits better.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule any visit up to 24 hours before, with no fee. There are no contracts.
