You are welcome to text us a few photos before your visit. If our team finds the home needs much more time than planned, they will talk with you before going further. We never surprise you at the door.

No. Our team brings the supplies and equipment, and they are included in your price.

What is included in the price

Yes. Cancel or reschedule any visit up to 24 hours before, with no fee. There are no contracts.

Cancellation terms

Your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors and high-touch areas, following a checklist for your home. The inside of the microwave and the window sills are included. The inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets, and interior windows, are not part of a regular clean. You can add them for a fixed price.

Regular Cleaning details

Yes. Some people call a thorough seasonal clean a spring cleaning. At Bamoo that is our Deep Cleaning: a detailed clean of the whole home, including the inside of your oven, fridge and cabinets, at a fixed price. You can add interior windows and blinds.

Both include the inside of your oven, fridge, cabinets and microwave, and the window sills, in addition to the detailed cleaning of the whole home. Interior windows are not included. You can add them for a fixed price. Blinds and carpet cleaning are not included in Move-In / Move-Out either, and you can add them for a fixed price.

Deep Cleaning · Move-In / Move-Out

A First Clean brings your home to a clean baseline before regular visits. The inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets are optional add-ons. A Deep Cleaning is for homes that need more than a routine visit, and it includes the inside of your oven, fridge and cabinets. Both are one-time visits, and both can be followed by Regular Cleaning.

First Clean · Deep Cleaning

A First Clean is a full, detailed clean that brings your whole home to a clean baseline. A Busy Home Reset is for busy households that mainly need things tidied and the everyday rooms cleaned. It skips detail work such as baseboards, behind furniture, and the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets, so it costs less. Both are one-time. After either one you can continue with Regular Cleaning.

First Clean · Busy Home Reset

Dishes and laundry, the inside of the microwave, oven, fridge and cabinets, baseboards, doors, walls, window sills and windows, behind and under furniture, and sorting or organizing closets and drawers. Tidying means we put items back in a sensible place or gather them in one spot. Add-ons are not available with a Busy Home Reset. If you want these covered too, choose a First Clean or a Deep Cleaning.

Busy Home Reset: full scope

Skipping is fine. Your recurring price applies as long as no more than 6 weeks pass between visits. If more than 6 weeks pass, your next visit is priced as a First Clean, because the home needs a fresh baseline. If we are the ones who reschedule, this never applies.

Regular Cleaning · Service terms

For recurring clients we keep at least one familiar team member assigned to your home whenever possible. Additional team members may vary with scheduling and service needs.

How we work

Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no extra charge. This covers anything included in the service you booked. Items listed as not included are not covered, but we are happy to quote them or suggest a service that fits better.
