Pricing questions
Why does the First Clean cost more than a regular visit?
The first visit takes longer. We bring your home to a clean baseline, so every visit after that is faster and easier to maintain. Regular visits are priced lower.
What if my home needs more time than expected?
You are welcome to text us a few photos before your visit. If our team finds the home needs much more time than planned, they will talk with you before going further. We never surprise you at the door.
What if I skip visits on a recurring schedule?
Skipping is fine. Your recurring price applies as long as no more than 6 weeks pass between visits. If more than 6 weeks pass, your next visit is priced as a First Clean, because the home needs a fresh baseline. If we are the ones who reschedule, this never applies.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule any visit up to 24 hours before, with no fee. There are no contracts.
Do I need to buy supplies?
No. Our team brings the supplies and equipment, and they are included in your price.
