Who it is for
Your home needs more than a routine visit. A Deep Cleaning is a one-time visit and can be followed by Regular Cleaning. Many clients book it as their spring cleaning or seasonal clean.
Not sure whether you need a Deep Cleaning or a First Clean? A First Clean brings your home to a clean baseline with optional add-ons. A Deep Cleaning includes the inside of your oven, fridge and cabinets. Call us and we will tell you honestly which fits.

Good questions before you book
What do Deep Cleaning and Move-In / Move-Out include?
Both include the inside of your oven, fridge, cabinets and microwave, and the window sills, in addition to the detailed cleaning of the whole home. Interior windows are not included. You can add them for a fixed price. Blinds and carpet cleaning are not included in Move-In / Move-Out either, and you can add them for a fixed price.
Is a Deep Cleaning the same as a spring cleaning?
Yes. Some people call a thorough seasonal clean a spring cleaning. At Bamoo that is our Deep Cleaning: a detailed clean of the whole home, including the inside of your oven, fridge and cabinets, at a fixed price. You can add interior windows and blinds.
What is the difference between a First Clean and a Deep Cleaning?
A First Clean brings your home to a clean baseline before regular visits. The inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets are optional add-ons. A Deep Cleaning is for homes that need more than a routine visit, and it includes the inside of your oven, fridge and cabinets. Both are one-time visits, and both can be followed by Regular Cleaning.
What if my home needs more time than expected?
You are welcome to text us a few photos before your visit. If our team finds the home needs much more time than planned, they will talk with you before going further. We never surprise you at the door.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no extra charge. This covers anything included in the service you booked. Items listed as not included are not covered, but we are happy to quote them or suggest a service that fits better.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule any visit up to 24 hours before, with no fee. There are no contracts.
